    • Stipends to eliminate costs for trainees

    • Daily breakfast and lunch provided by Craft Services

    • Transportation support

    • Professional guidance, resume support, letters of recommendation, business cards, and certificates

    • Ownership of original work, enabling trainees to create films for festival entries and portfolios

  • Highlighting Trinitee Stokes, a 2024 trainee, who is developing her short film into a full feature and will attend film school in New York this fall. CREW is committed to investing in her feature film.

  • Working with film festival professionals to educate trainees on the festival entry process, including scoring criteria.

    • Underwriting first-year membership fees for any union nationwide

    • Supporting ongoing training and development

    • Expanding the summer program to a year-round initiative, county-wide and for adults
